Script Library

Your scripts are files. This page says where they are, what deletes them, and how to keep a copy somewhere safer.

macOS storage and backups

Scripts are kept in your home Library folder, which Finder hides by default. Settings → Script Library shows the path and Reveal in Finder opens it.

Uninstalling puts nothing here at risk: the folder is outside the app, and removing the app leaves it untouched. To back the library up, or move it to another Mac, copy the folder.
